Coaching Program
The 2010-11 Coaching Program will be held in the spring rather than the fall to better sync with the accounting recruiting season. This change in timing will provide students the opportunity to work with a seasoned professional as they prepare for recruiting season. As part of the new look for the program, videos are being developed for coaches and students that will provide an understanding of the roles each play as a mentor/mentee. The videos will be presented by a professional mentoring expert who will provide tools to enhance the mentoring relationship. Watch this site and OSCPA electronic and print communications for more details on the updated program.
Online registration for both coaches and students will be available during the following dates:
Coach Registration: August 16 - April 1, 2011
Student Registration: February 1 - April 1, 2011
Pairings of coaches and students will take place in April 2011, with coaches and students beginning their mentoring sessions the first of May 2011.
